OBJECTIVES

• The key objectives to be achieved through this project are:
•  Better monitoring of invoices, payments, penalties etc under the project namely “Operation & Management of 104 Janani Express".
•  Better delivery of emergency and non-emergency ambulance services through 104 Janani Express.
•  Reduction in response time to deliver health services to patients and to enhance the quality of patient care during transportation.
•  Computerization of various payment and report modules for better monitoring, management, planning and decision-making by the respective CMHO/ Stake holders.
